Hayley Bender

Owner/Artistic Director

Hayley grew up dancing at Dance Elite under the direction of Holly Johnson. This is where she learned to love dance and gained the passion to teach others. Over the last 20 years, Hayley has danced and taught recreationally and competitively, where she won multiple national titles. She also coaches the Fennimore High School dance team. Hayley is excited to continue her love of dance and teaching through Evolve Dance Company.

Izabella Bender

Instructor at Evolve Dance Company

Izzy grew up dancing at Dance Elite, taking tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, and clogging. She has compiled 13 years of dance, with 7 of them additionally being on the competition team, winning multiple national titles. Over the last couple of years she has assisted and even choreographed recital dances. While teaching for her sister and helping behind the scenes, she also attend the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where she hopes to one day become a Chiropractor. She is also on the university’s track team.

Brooklan Schoepp

Instructor at Evolve Dance Company

Brooklan joins the EDC faculty after recreationally and competitively doing dance and gymnastics as a child. She has coached/assisted both gymnastics and dance while in college. A Fennimore native, Brooklan attended Southwest Wisconsin Technical College where she earned her dental assistant degree and returned back to school to finish the dental hygienist program at Hawkeye Community College. She is excited to get back to the studio to help the EDC students further their strength and flexibility in their dance classes.
